If you purchase apartment like an investment, and don’t want any work or problems with renting out the apartment yourself or thru others, you should choose to purchase with “rental guarantee”. New Nordic Resorts is a highly professional “accommodation/ hotel resort”. Rental guarantee is in easy words we rent the apartment you buy, back from you in 5 or 10 year, the rent 10 % of the purchase price pr. year.
Cash back
For all our costumers in VIP and Trend projects we also offer cash back:
Before start construction the buyer will get“cash back” at 3 % yearly on all paid amounts.
During construction the buyer will get an “cash back” at 5 % yearly on all paid amounts.
If the buyer chooses to pay full amount the “cash back” at 10 % will be started the following month.
This is to be paid the 5 th for the total paid amount last month. The rental guarantee will be started after the cash back period are finished, and last for the 5 or 10 years (depending of what building you do your purchase.
To receive this rental guarantee the buyer need to give the apartments for the sellers use and rent out without any limits. If you want to sell the apartment(s) or use it yourself, the buyer can terminate the rental guarantee with 6 months termination time. The seller can not terminate the rental guarantee.
