Where to invest in Thailand? Why not in Rayong...
It's a fast developing province, not only with the automobile factories but with picturesque beaches.

The price of land is growing fast but in any way it's twice cheaper than in Pattaya for example. It's possible to buy a plot of land about half rai (1 rai = 1600 m2) at only 999 000 THB. The land locates 2,5 km to Mae Phim Beach.

Or... Plot of land only 700 m to Mae Phim beach - 16 mil. / 2 rai (8 mil. per rai)

It's not very expensive for the piece of tropical paradise, isn't it?
